1.  Scope of Agreement

2.  Service Ownership & Modifications

2.1 F.T. retains exclusive ownership and operational control over all Services, including intellectual property rights to game characters, artwork, storylines, and virtual assets.

2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice for purposes including but not limited to:

Technical optimizations

Compliance with legal requirements

Business model adjustments

2.3 Users acknowledge that game balance, pricing models, and virtual item availability may change periodically at F.T. 's sole discretion.

3.  Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access Services requiring registration, Users must:

Provide accurate and verifiable personal information

Maintain updated contact details

Not create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization

3.2 Users bear full responsibility for:

Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

Unauthorized access resulting from credential mismanagement

Financial losses due to compromised accounts

3.3 F.T. may implement mandatory security measures including two-factor authentication at its discretion.

4.  Virtual Assets & Transactions

4.1 All in-game currencies (e.g., gems, coins), items, characters, and cosmetic enhancements ("Virtual Assets") constitute licensed digital content, not personal property.

4.2 Users acquire limited, non-exclusive rights to use Virtual Assets subject to:

Active maintenance of account status

Compliance with this Agreement

4.3 Prohibited activities include:

Real-world trading of Virtual Assets for fiat currency or cryptocurrencies

Cross-account transfers without explicit system functionality

Exploitation of pricing errors or system vulnerabilities

5.  User Conduct & Enforcement

5.1 Users shall refrain from:

Impersonating F.T. staff through naming conventions or communications

Distributing malicious software or engaging in hacking attempts

Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior in any service channel

5.2 F.T. maintains zero-tolerance for:

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

Exploitation of bugs/glitches for personal gain

Automated gameplay through bots or macros

5.3 Enforcement actions may include:

Temporary account suspensions (7-30 days)

Permanent bans with asset forfeiture

Legal prosecution for severe violations

6.  Service Availability & Limitations

6.1 Scheduled maintenance will be announced through official channels at least 24 hours in advance when feasible.

6.2 F.T. disclaims liability for service disruptions caused by:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics)

Third-party infrastructure failures (payment processors, cloud providers)

Governmental content restrictions or censorship

7.  Dispute Resolution

7.1 Users must attempt informal resolution via support tickets before escalating disputes.

7.2 Formal claims shall be governed by Hong Kong law and adjudicated in Hong Kong courts.

7.3 Class action waivers: Users agree to resolve disputes individually, not as class members.

8.  Amendments & Notices

8.1 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement with changes effective upon posting to our official website.

8.2 Continued Service use for 30 days following amendments constitutes acceptance.

9.  Termination

9.1 Accounts showing no login activity for 365 consecutive days may be purged without notice.

9.2 Upon termination, all Virtual Asset licenses immediately expire.
